Hi guys, QJ here. this is my first review here, hope you like it. Foden is some of those players that impressed me a lot in the last fifa version, so I want to give him a try. I have grend a lot so I basically get him for free, I have played him as a LAM in 4231 and 4222 in weekend, the outcome is quite satisfying.
Foden has good pace, 96 acceleration helps a lot in some situations, also the sprint speed is not bad. Foden is a passer and creator in my opinion, but in term of finishing, he is not bad at all, or maybe say:far beyond average. He has good finishing, shot power and long shots, and updated 4 star weak foot now, also he has extremly good passing stats just like him in real life. The drribling stats are all great, literally the English Messi.

I was super excited to get this card. Looks solid at face value; decent rating with obvious scope to increase following the City / Liverpool game. Like most cards of this 'tier' within promotions there were obviously going to be a few floors, however at first sight it was an interesting decision between Foden or Fabinho. Personally he offered a nice hybrid link to the pick I got from my guaranteed Sancho TOTS pack earlier this game cycle, meaning I no longer have to wrap him in icons.
Firstly, this Foden boasts an array of top top tier stats. This card IMO needs to be played at CAM, and you can do a few things with chem styles but to obtain the most cross the board boost for this position I went with Marksman. His pace is great, relevant shooting stats absolutely top tier, good passing, great dribbling outside of reactions and with that Marksman, boosts the strength and aggression nicely as well. 4*/4* is good but not great when you consider the alternatives, but lean body type, left footed and 5'7" lends him to be a favourable option. Shame he has no outside the foot or finesse shot trait.
A win I would say about this card, is that if your club is lacking a bit after packing 17 Jay-Jay's in prime icon packs, then it is a cheap option to get some high rated players back in the team at the time the SBC was released. for a card of this quality that could be a 95 rated, can't complain for an 83 and 84 squad.
I do however feel this card is just a bit samey, and is almost seen as never needed with that exceptional Bruno card available through playing the game. If you have no time for the grind for fernandes, Foden is a good option, comparable to the 91 Bruno.
Overall this card is a good card, but not a great one. In july, not many people who take this game seriously have a player in such an influential position as CAM that is not absolutely top tier. So if you want to do him for the young English effect, he will do well for you, however is this card going to be the difference between gold and elite in those clutch moments? The jury is out.
